There is nothing more relaxing than time spent in the swing. I love to sit and read in mine but it is hard not to doze off/ha especially when a gentle breeze is blowing.
My husband and I love to sit and talk in the swing, of course Trixie has to be in the middle. Trixie spends many hours sitting "under" the swing hiding from the squirrels, waiting on them to come down from the trees.
I love the detail put into this swing. Didn't he do an excellent job?
View from the swing! Can't get grass to grow under the big tree,,think sod would survive there?

I agree...there's nothing more relaxing!
Sounds like you have a swingin' dog too!
Oh, my goodness. I would love to have one of those right here in Alabama. That would be too cool. Did your husband make that? Love the Razorbacks and the Arkansas state cutout. That is great!!
Yes indeed swings are great. I took the 3 year old grad to the park last week and I wanted to show her how to pump. This Grammy was going very high. I still get the same thrill out of it as I did as a kid... I just forget to do it (o:
The meat loaf looks great. I don't have any hamburger or I would make it for supper.
I can't wait to have a swing! And all the recipes look delicious. Where have I been?
Love the design!
