Trying to bring color to my deck. I love mums and these should do the the trick. Add a pot
of lantana for contrast and voila.....color. My hydrangea is loving the cooler temperature and
is sprouting like crazy. I too am enjoying the under 100 temperatures. Even though the summer
has been unbearable, there's something about the feel of fall in the air that makes me kinda sad.
I'll get over it, but it happens every year at this time. I just hate to give up on my time of the year.
I'm not giving up yet.....still have a trip to the beach coming up. This will be a first for me, beach in
September! Can't wait!

The sidewalk was lined with mums at the grocery today. I almost bought some to replace the pots on the front porch! Maybe next week. I think the summer ones have had it! ha.

Our temps are still above 100 but I am nearing the point where I need to get rid of everything that died on our balconies and start buying plants that will be able to still survive the heat. Everything has dulled with the heat -- it's been a harsh summer, but I need to see green again. :) Wishing you a wonderful weekend. Tammy
