Concerts

I'll have to admit I have been to lots of very good concerts through the years! My first concert was The Supremes in Memphis, many years ago. I've seen New Kids On The Block, (more than once) The Eagles, 3 times, George Strait, many times, Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson, Trisha Yearwood, Bob Seger and many more. One person I have not seen and still want to is Gloria Estefan!!! I have always loved her and hope someday to get to a concert.....

Who would you like to see that you have missed?

I, like you, have seen NKOTB both then and now. (and even a super small Jordan Knight show at the House of Blues when his solo career was down the drain.) Obviously, with Michael Jackson just passing away, I would have loved to see him perform back in the late 80's. Other than him, there isn't anyone that I have missed. I am just super excited to see No Doubt perform this summer!

I hear that she is amazing in concert. I have all of her music and am a big fan. I would like to hear the band Chicago. OK so now I really just dated myself:) If you get a chance go and see the musical Jersey Boys as the music is amazing.

Well, it's too late for me to see Elvis (I really do think he's dead). I loved seeing the Eagles in Madison Square Garden. I was teaching at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock in the early '80's and took a group of students to NYC for a high school journalism convention. We managed to get tickets to an Eagles concert. Such fun.

I'm crackin up at KBeau for that 1 sentence! LoL!
I grew up in the 80's, so I've seen Kiss, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Poison, 38 Special, Faster Pussycat, Brother Cane, Bad Company, Quiet Riot, a couple more I can't remember right now, but I'd also like to see the Eagles!

You have been to a lot of concerts. I do wish I would have seen Elvis in person. My sister did. Then of course there is Michael... missed that chance.
