I fought the crowd at Wal Mart today and got my pantry stocked....turkey is thawing and I am ready to cook.

I bought my turkey Saturday and it's been thawing in the refrigerator. I'm going to try brining it this year. Wish I could go to the Macy's parade but I have to rest my fractured foot. :-( Maybe next year!
