Why Do I Buy This Stuff?

It is dangerous to go in Target at this time of the year. They put out all kinds of interesting candy prior to Halloween. This one caught my attention and in the buggy it went. Have you tried it? Thankfully it wasn't as good as I expected. I put in the refrigerator to see if that would help and it did somewhat, but I won't have any trouble not eating these.

This stuff is a different story. I will have to throw it away to quit eating it!!!
I love the flavor of both....and together they are deadly!!! I can't keep my hand out of the bowl....it is so addictive! Why do I buy it? Why do I put it in arms reach?

Do you buy your Halloween candy early and then eat it all only to have to replace it?

I used to buy candy that I wouldn't eat.... These days though, since we live in a retirement community, we don't have any 'trick or treaters' ... SO--I don't buy the staff.... If I did, I would want some Reece's Peanut Butter Cups... YUM!!!!

Hugs,
Betsy

I am not tempted by the caramel apple flavor but the plain CARAMEL...watch out! We are having a Pumpking Carving Party tomorrow night and I am planning on INDULGING in fall treats and with other people here it will be GONE at the end of the evening. I love the treats too but CANNOT stay out of it!

LOVE candy corn and peanuts...it is AMAZING!

I try to hold out. At least until a couple of weeks prior to. I'm a sucker for the snickers. I like the bite sized ones. I stick them in the freezer and eat them as a frozen treat. And then I have a hard time stopping...until they're gone.

oh nanny - proceed with caution... have you tried candy corn plus the peanuts plus m&m's??? each dip in the candy jar tastes like a snickers! (ps: i love halloween!!!)

I agree with Dottie about the candy corn and salted peanuts (must be Spanish style), but I would also throw in M&M's. In fact, I use this mixture in Easter eggs.

I never buy Halloween candy until the night before Halloween otherwise the trick or treaters would never get any.
