The Uncola

7Up has always been a favorite of mine. Growing up there weren't many illnesses or problems a cold 7UP couldn't cure...(this came from my mom) I grew to believe this through the years.

I was so excited when Celebrity Apprentice had the 7Up Retro challenge. I love both of the Retro packaging and this week they were on the shelves at Wal Mart. I opted to buy John Rich's 80's carton.

Isn't it cool?

Next time I'll buy Marlee's 70's design.

I'm going to save a can or two of each. Bound to be collectible don't you think?

You found it!! I want to buy it too. I liked them both so much but think I liked Marlee's best. Put those next to your hog wine to keep :) I love 7-up

I grew up sipping on 7-UP when I was sick, too! It felt special and it did settle your stomach with that mild fizz. Yum. Haven't had one in ages!

7Up is definitely a 'cure, just about, all' drink, especially belly aches! Love it! =)

I like that...I always got it for the kids when they were sick...but never buy it anymore....I don't watch that show....so had not seen the new looks (o:

How fun is that?! I think good packaging makes everything just a little bit better - food, beverage, gifts - doesn't matter. It's all just more fun to eat, drink, receive when it's packaged with flair.

So glad you had some time with your girls in big D. I love the picture of LC with her pink nails. Too cute!!

Cool! When I first came to Kuwait, there was a time shortly thereafter that I felt so sick. My Palestinian MIL gave me 7Up to ease my stomach. Turned out, I wasn't sick, but pregnant with my first son. :) I don't often have soft drinks anymore; although if given a choice, 7Up and Coke would rank first. Over here, Pepsi is big but never did a thing for me. Hope you have a great day. Tammy

Cool packaging! I didn't watch all of the show this time so glad you shared this. Yes, add in the saltines and you were healed! :-)

I'm back for the fifth time to try to comment, Nanny! I am on a mission! LOL! I love the packaging on the 7-up! And, that Sweetpea is growing up so fast!! She is a doll. Little Man's vocabulary is increasing exponentially! Just since I have been here. It is going to be sad, sad, sad next week when there are no Little Men hugs and kisses. =( Glad you had time with your girls! blessings ~ tanna
