Chobani

Yogurt vs Greek Yogurt!
Which do you prefer? I like them both but the new flavor Chobani Greek Yogurt has will become a staple in my fridge....Black Cherry. I love cherries and look forward each year to their season. Now I can have cherries year round. The flavor is fantastic!

From Yogurt website:

Greek yogurt does have a few nutritional advantages over regular yogurt: Since it's a more concentrated product, it packs a few more grams of protein per serving. It's also a bit lower in sugar and carbs., since lactose, a form of sugar present in all dairy products, is removed with the whey.

They're excellent sources of calcium and good sources of protein, their bacteria cultures aid digestion.

When I finished eating this one I felt like Lila when she likes something,

"More"!

Yum! I haven't tried Greek yogurt yet and was just looking at it in the grocery the other day! Your black cherry looks yummy!

My son introduced us to Chobani yogurt at Christmas, and I've been buying it ever since. Discovered the black cherry flavor today at Publix, so I bought some.

When we were in Greece in the fall, we had Greek yogurt(plain) topped with honey and walnuts. Recommended by Rick Steves. Yum!!

You made me do it! Went right to the fridge and got out the black cherry yogurt, opened it and forced myself to stop at three bites. Don't want to spoil my dinner. Yummy!

I have never been a yogurt fan but my hubbie eats the Greek yogurt OFTEN and loves it! He just raved over a Key Lime one I had picked up for him. I would MUCH prefer black cherry!

This sounds delicious. I have their plain yogurt sitting in my Fridge as we speak. I just haven't tried it yet. I hope you have a great evening. Blessings...Mary

I had never heard of Chobani until Jerry came back from a business trip and talked about it. We've switched to Greek yogurt for the extra protein. I like honey vanilla flavor mixed with fresh grapes, too. I may have to try this black cherry you talk about, though.

I haven't tried the black cherry, I'm usually just a vanilla kind of girl. Maybe it's time for a little spice in my life :-)
