Hello Everyone!

Are you as busy as I am?
I hope you are having as much fun as I have been having. I've missed you and have to get caught up with what is going on in blog land......computer time is just hard to come by!
I promise to  share photos of the past two weeks with you but for now I have to tell you about the book I finished last night!

"You don't have to be a sports fan or a war-history buff to devour this book - you just have to love great storytelling." Rebecca Skloot

"This one-in-a-billion story....seems designed to wrench from self-respecting critics all the blurby adjectives we normally try to avoid: It is amazing, unforgettable, gripping, harrowing, chilling, and inspiring." New York   (Amen)

This book is at the top of my all time favorites.  It's the kind that years from now when someone asks me for a recommendation of a good read, I will automatically say "Unbroken".

I feel it is just a matter of time before a movie is made of this remarkable man's life.  I  want you all to read it.....NOW.....what are you waiting for?  ha

Ah.... my blog world is right again now that you are back!! Nanny, it is just not the same when you are not here.

Thank you for that book suggestion! I hope to have some time to read soon. Like you said, time is hard to come by... when I sit down I either read blogs or knit! LOL! The rest of the time I am running full throtle! I do love summertime! (wish is would cool down just a hair) blessings ~ tanna

Hi nanny, I'm glad you are back! You took a long "blog-break" like I did, I'm glad I'm not alone! ;D

Life can be so busy sometimes, it is so good to find a wonderful book to read. I am glad you did so! I will be checking into this book, thanks for the recommendation! I will be posting about a wonderful book myself soon, hopefully tomorrow!

Blessings to you, have a wonderful day!

Thanks for the recommendation ~ I love to read! Hope you're enjoying your summer thus far. It's so ding dang hot here it's just miserable. We've had 18 days of triple digits, no rain and drought conditions...heat advisory daily and more in the forecast.

Thanks for your comments re: Caylee. I just cannot get that situation out of mind for very long. I just wonder what Ms Casey is going to do once released. The Defense will probably get her out in the wee hours of Sunday morning and have her in hiding. :-(

Welcome back! I'm super busy, too, and don't have much time for reading, except blogs, of course. :) Will put this one on my reading list for my vacation, in August. Thanks for the review!
