Let's Make A Boat

Not the kind that floats on water....but the melt in your mouth sandwich kind!
Start with a loaf of french bread of your choice..
Slice a thin layer off the top..
Scoop out the insides of the loaf and save for later...

Line the insides with your favorite cheese....I chose sharp cheddar...

Brown one pound of ground beef (I added small amount of sausage) with bell pepper and onion...

Drain and add a can of Campbell's Nacho Cheese Soup with meat mixture and reserved crumbled bread from loaf...

Spoon into french bread loaf...

Add another layer of shredded cheese, place top of bread back on...

Cover with foil....bake at 350 until warmed...approximately 20 minutes....slice and enjoy....
Now that's a boat!

Yes... I'm thinking there would be several takers for this recipe around our house!! And, I am addicted to the peppers, too! Bring on the heat! LOL!
