Anticipation

I love anticipation!
I think it is a fun emotion.
I had great anticipation about the new year and my work out plan.  I finally got rid of the dust collecting treadmill. In its place is a brand new elliptical.  The twisted knee put that plan on hold (but only temporarily)

The anticipation of planning a vacation is one of  favorites.  I can spend hours reading about the destination, planning and packing.  Oh how I wish I had a date set for my next vacation.....gonna have to work on that one.

This morning I was overcome with anticipation to take a big bite of my poached egg. This one cooked perfectly. Mouth watering, snapped a few shots and then......

In a flash, that egg was gone....so good!

Last but not least I am anticipating having my pantry stocked with all the items needed for my new recipes on the list:
Fat Burning Soup
7 Day Shred Soup
WW Garden Vegetable Soup
Dr. Oz Fat Buster Soup
and
Jillian Michaels, lose 5# in 7 days Water concoction. (60 oz. per day)

I'm not going to live on soup but I will have the ingredients on hand.  I will keep making my meat and potato husband his favorites but some nights I'll have soup!!

I just got back from McDonald's & gotta quarter pounder w/ cheese... I'd MUCH RATHER HAVE THAT EGG SANDWICH! This qp tastes like someone dumped a whole shaker of salt on it & it cost $4, too! Can you believe that? $4 for one lil hamburger! UNREAL!

You go, girl!! I love your joy in the simple pleasures!! I'm trying to shed the pounds picked up during the Little Men's visit!! LOL! It is always easier to find than to lose! I'm still hoping that knee spontaneously feels great!! blessings ~ Tanna

Hi There, That's exactly what I had for breakfast this morning also. I used the 35 calorie wheat bread with mine. SO good!!!!

I'm going to a doctor who is helping me lose weight. I also have to drink 64 oz. of water/fluid each day...

Another thing which helps me tremendously is keeping a food journal. I have to keep track of my calories, fat, carbs, fiber and protein. Supposed to have 60 grams of protein every day and less than 60 grams of carbs.

Good Luck.
Hugs,
Betsy

Oh I agree, I love anticipation. Without something on my plate to look forward to I get the blahs. So I'm not real motivated by food right now but come July I will be to get the baby pounds off!

Keep the recipes and tips coming.
I hear a lot of people using the My Fitness Pal App to keep track of calories...bet you'd like it.

Not sure I can survive on soup. Don't you still feel hungry afterwards?

I accidentally deleted your e-mail - I'm terrible at multi tasking any more and I shouldn't have tried to cut fabric and read e-mail at the same time. :) My address is mbushretired at gmail dot com blessings, marlene

Hmmmm... sounds good to me. I wish I'd made soup this past week. It is forecasted to be hot and muggy this coming week. Darn.
