Did He Say Belly Off?

Well I bought the book, bought the groceries and now I am ready! Bye, bye belly! This book is so interesting, I can't put it down. I am going to share some of the tips with you everyday. I think we can all relate to this one:
Double The Order

Always order your pizza with double tomato sauce and low-fat cheese. Reducing the mozzarella by just one-third will save you 20 grams of fat. That's as much as in a McDonald's Quarter Pounder. And if you double the sauce on your pizza, you get double the lycopene. Having a sandwich? Order double tomato slices. Another chance for a healthy dose of lycopene.

Do you think 1 package (well maybe 2) will be ok? I do love them so!!!

Have a good evening all!

So I just posted a recipe for a strawberry pie and now I am looking at your diet post:) I always seem to be having a huge battle with my belly fat which seems to have spread to my arms and legs and as Forest Gump would say to my Buttocks! Didn't he say his Mama said life is like a box of chocolate? Yes my life is CHOCOLATE:) I also like your new beach towel it is so retro and I want one:)

Oh, so interesting! I'm looking forward to your posts on this book! There are lots of little things we can do that make a difference if we just know about them! As far as the sourpatch kids...only have one box. No guilt there! Do the red ones have lycopene? tee-hee!

That book looks interesting. I bought 'Eat this Not That'. It is very good. I am happy with Weight Watchers, but always like to learn new things.
