Slice the cheddar from block of cheese, grate apple with cheese grater and assemble sandwich, drizzle with honey

I almost had it all eaten before I realized I wanted to show you the finished product/ha Slicing the cheese adds much more flavor that using the packaged slices.

I love grilled cheese and this just sounds soooo good. I will definitely try it. Thanks also for stopping by my Met. Mon post and your very kind comments. Wow...this is quite the combo...I love each of the individual ingredients so maybe I should try it all together. I do love a grilled sandwich!
